Signing should feel effortless and legally airtight at the same time — most tools manage only one.

Challenge

E-signature is a crowded, trust-heavy category. AbsoluteSign had to read as credible and modern next to incumbents while making compliance — ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS — feel like a feature rather than fine print.

Approach

We built the brand, the marketing site and the core signing UI as one system: a frictionless sign flow, clear audit trails, and compliance surfaced as a selling point. The visual language stays in step with the wider Absolute family.

Outcome

A sister product to AbsolutePay that inherits the family's polish and slots straight into the same deal lifecycle.

[ Decisions we weighed ]

The trade-offOne-click signing vs. strong identity assurance. The lightest flow converts best but isn't enough for high-value contracts; heavy verification is defensible but adds friction everywhere. Picking one for all documents was the wrong answer.
Where we landedAn assurance dial set per document type — frictionless where the stakes are low, escalating where they're high — with compliance (ESIGN/UETA/eIDAS) surfaced as a feature and a verifiable certificate as the headline artifact.
