Crypto escrow only works if people feel safe using it. The whole design exists to make a complex contract feel obvious.
Challenge
On-chain escrow is unfamiliar to most of the people who would benefit from it. The product had to translate smart-contract mechanics into something a non-crypto buyer or seller would trust with real money.
Approach
We built a vault-and-shield visual language, then designed the dapp around a clear flow: agree, hold, settle. The 2-of-3 dispute process and timeouts were turned into plain, confident UI rather than fine print.
Outcome
A brand and product site that reads as secure on first glance — the hardest and most important job for anything holding funds.
